I have a problem accesing my rv042 admin interface. There is only a menu. No options are accessible. I have tried Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome.

Please confirm whether you tried using a different browser (except IE). Also do you face any latency pr ping drop when you try to ping the default gateway of the RV042.

As mentioned previously I have tried three different browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome).
There is no latency pinging the gateway.

Hi Markus,
Please confirm whether you tried clearing cache memory of the browsers. In case the issue still persists, please get a new case open with Cisco and we will definitely help you out with the same.
Have you tried doing a hard reset on the device too? If not then I advise you to do it once and check for the issue before opening a case with us.
