RV042 : no connection has been authorized with policy=PSK

We creating Gateway to Gateway VPN but it's not work. 

But some times it's connected and some time is not and getting error 'packet from 150.107.101.176:500: [Tunnel Authorize Fail] no connection has been authorized with policy=PSK'

Both side we are use Cisco RV042 Router, among this 1 router we have recently new bought.

Please, help us.

i have add 500 udp under port forwarder after remove that port forwarder issue resolved.
