RV042 - Problema de conexión

Buen día,

El problema que tengo con este router consiste en que después de un tiempo indefinido (pueden ser horas, días e incluso minutos) el router no deja acceder a ningún sitio web e incluso, tampoco deja acceder a su página de configuración . Dicho router, tiene activado el balanceo de carga el cual, un modem es DSL y el otro coaxial. Cabe mencionar, que cuando se presenta este problema ambos modems tienen activo el servicio de internet; además, si conecto una computadora directamente al modem éste me da servicio de internet.

La única "solución" que me ha funcionado hasta ahora consiste en reiniciar el router; sin embargo, el problema persiste. Alguien sabe a que se debe este problema? o si este router presenta algún bug/error de este tipo?

Hay un nuevo firmware disponible ahora. ¿Has probado la actualización?

The problem I have with this router is that after an indefinite time (can be hours, days and even minutes) the router does not allow access to any website and even does not let you access its configuration page. Instale la nueva versión que me comentas (4.2.3.08); sin embargo, sigo teniendo el mismo error. ¿Qué podrá ser?

Por otra parte, estoy pensando en comprar el Router RV320-K9-NA para ver si me soluciona este problema. De casualidad, ¿sabes si este RV320 no tiene los mismos problemas?
