RV042 Version 3 will not install firmware

I recently purchased an RV042 with firmware 4.2.2.08 and want to upgrade it to 4.2.3.07

I am using Chrome browser but also tried on Edge and Firefox.

Chrome goes to a blank page and errors out every few minutes.

IE & Firefox won't even navigate to 192.168.1.1

How do I upgrade firmware?

I hope you are doing well. I am really sorry for inconvenience caused. Does default LAN gateway 192.168.1.1 is reachable? What error do you get on firefox and Chrome browser while accessing the GUI?

Firefox won't even go to 192.168.1.1 ... it says SECURE CONNECTION FAILED

Chrome will go there and when I attempt to update firmware it says THIS SITE CAN'T BE REACHED

I have turned off my firewall / antivirus and have already reset the router back to factory defaults.

I contacted the chat you mentioned but they won't help because I did not buy from their authorized retailer.
