I Can't see the far video when run the video conference. the audio is working fine.
How to config the port forwarding for video conference?

Hi Preeda, thank you for using our forum, my name is Johnnatan I am part of the Small business Support community. You can assign dynamic ports to do Voice conference in "Service Management", I will share a link with a document to create the service and forward steps.

I have the same problem. When I try to insert a new service with the doors recommended by the Video Conference manufacturer (Polycom), the router's answer is: "Some ports in the port range of this protocol were already in your list. You cannot add it on the list again". Then I tried to delete those services to create others, and the router doesn't allows me to delete the default services on the list.
