Hello,

since some days, my router (RV042G V01 Firmware Version : v4.2.1.02 ) get errors I can't understand.

Lost connection, can't get a new IP, DNS does not work, .... total hangup ..... After a short time / reset everything works fine up to the next error.

In the Log I found the following interest entries:

undefined Kernel
undefined Kernel failed (1).
undefined Kernel Message from server

Please help.

Best regards, Dirk

Hi Preuss, thank you for using our forum, my name is Johnnatan I am part of the Small business Support community. I apologize for your issue you are having, the main reason of your issue is because you updated your device with an incorrect firmware, according to the information that you gave us you has a RV042G V01, and the firmware 4.2.1.02 is V4. Basically I advise you to use this firmware 1.3.13.02 you can download it here. After install your software I recommend you do a factory reset to your device. I hope you find this answer useful,
