I apologize for your issue you are having, the main reason of your issue is because you updated your device with an incorrect firmware, according to the information that you gave us you has a RV042G V01, and the firmware 4.2.1.02 is V4. Basically I advise you to use this firmware 1.3.13.02 you can download it here. After install your software I recommend you do a factory reset to your device. I hope you find this answer useful,
