RV042G quickvpn issue

I did try to use RV180 or RV042G to setup quickvpn, but dont know why after "verifying network... ", it shown "the remote gateway is not responding. do you want to wait?"

Hello,

Please be advised that QVPN is not supported on versions of MS Windows above 7:

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/routers/quick_vpn.html

In this case, you can replace it with Shrew VPN in order to establish a Client-to-Gateway VPN.

Thanks for your advise

I change the setting to group VPN

when I try to connect on ShrewVPN the tunnel is actually "Connected", but after 30 sec "negotiation timeout occurred" and disconnected, so i still not able to connect

WAN network -> Huawei B2268H (172.16.1.254) -> Cisco Router(172.16.1.42(wan), 192.168.1.254(lan)) -> Client (192.168.1.100)

I did open UDP 500 on the Huawei, but still not able to get the connection up, any suggestion?
