RV110W Admin portal connection issue

We have a RV110W on our network that we can't connect to anymore. 

Internal IP is 192.168.8.1 and neither http://192.168.8.1 or https://192.168.8.1 work.

Client PC is on the same subnet but when we try open the admin page in a web browser we get the error:

"Unsupported Protocol - The client and server don't support a common SSL protocol version or cipher suite"

 

We have tried different browsers as well as a different PC. 

Also cleared SSL cache, turned Windows firewall off, checked for any existing certs installed.

This looks for me cert issue, try old browser if you have any or reset the device and use Firefox to setup one

 

do you have any idea what firmware running the device ?
