RV110W problem with website blocking

first sorry for my poor english i'm a french user.

I purchase a RV110W router recently. I want to set website access policy, for example i want to block the access to facebook.com

I create an access internet policy, but when i go to facebook.com, i don't be blocked?

Can you help me to manage my internet access policy?
