RV120 Small Business Router

Quick VPN registers on the router as connected but no traffic is passed and client indicates it is not connected.  Can ping the router WAN port (is a statically assigned IP Address), have tried with the firewall on the client on and off.  Have restarted the IPSec Service on the client multiple times.  Am wondering, this is supposed to be pretty simple out of the box and am disappointed that it does not work as expected.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Annamarie,

Thank you for reaching Cisco Small Business Support Community.

If your client is running Microsoft Windows operating system please refer to the below document;

http://sbkb.cisco.com/CiscoSB/Loginr.aspx?login=1&pid=2&app=search&vw=1&articleid=2922

Please double check on the VPN status;

http://sbkb.cisco.com/CiscoSB/Loginr.aspx?login=1&pid=2&app=search&vw=1&articleid=1229

There is also a very interesting document with the name "Reasons you cannot connect with QuickVPN" I would like to mention;

Please let me know if there is anything I may assist you with.

Kind regards,
