Hey,
I'm having a problem forwarding port 1723. What i'm trying to do is to use VPN to access my server pc and I don't want to use the VPN software that is in the router. When I telnet the port it goes through but when i try to access it outside of the office I can't get through. I've been using http://canyouseeme.org/ to check port 1723 and I get this:
Error: I could not see your service on XX.XX.XX.XX on port (1723)
Reason: Connection refused

Also I am forwarding port 1723 to allow all connections from any ip source

Shahab,
I haven't seen any problems with the RV120 with port forwarding. Can you post your firewall rules so i can take a look at them. You can exclude any public address if need be.Generally its a conflicting rule somewhere or customer some times don't have the public address on WAN port rather a private address and they are trying to forward twice. Also what is your WAN port ip address on the RV120, leave the first number but you can exclude last three octets.
If you need a faster resolution you can give the Cisco Small Business Support Center a call @ 1-866-606-1866 and speak with next available engineer.

I thought it was working when I was able to see that port 1723 was open but I later realized I only opened the port for administrative access. I believe what i'm trying to do is to setup a PPTP vpn outside of the VPN services offered with the router
