RV130W Newbe Question Access rules and Single Port Forwarding

Hi all,

We recently bought our first Cisco equipment.

We used to sell Netgear routers to our customer. Now we run in to the following problem configuring the new Cisco RV130W.

What we want to do is as follow, and probably very easy. We want to accept SMTP traffic from our servers only. We scan all email for spam and then send all clean email to our customers server. What we did is.

Make a acces rule like below.

Knipsela.JPGWhen we leave it like this the firewall wont accept the SMTP traffic and not sending it to the mail server.

When we add a Single Port forwarding like below it works, but then it accepts all incoming SMTP traffic.

What are we doing wrong?

Thanks for the help.

With kind regards,

Bas de Boer

Hi,
My name is Iliya Gatsev from Cisco Technical Support Team.

I think it would be best if you could call our support line and open a support ticket, so we can do a WebEx remote session and check the configuration.
