I apologize for this inconvenience; I think the reason of your issue could be the browser, try using a different browser such as Mozilla, i.e 9.0 in order to resolve this issue. If the issue continues please download again the firmware 1.0.3.10 and upgrade it, then perform a factory reset and configure it manually.
