Hi Lafrancetech, does the server have a firewall enabled? Try to disable any security services on what you are trying to access.

VPN PPTP : 192.168.30.90 à 99

Router 192.168.1.1 - Ping OK

Switch01 (connect direct in the router Port01) I try another port

Caméra: 192.168.1.201 = Ping OK

Interac: 192.168.1.100 à 104 (DHCP) = Ping OK

Switch02 (connect direct in the router Port02) I try another port

Serveur: 192.168.1.10 = Ping Echec (Local Ping OK)

Caisse01 à 05  192.168.1.11 à 15 = Ping Echec

I change the switch Echec

I Reverse the switch with the other one Echec

I connect the serveur direct in the router Echec

If you're able to ping other network devices within the LAN (that is not the router) it means the PPTP is working. I would check the default gateway is set correctly on the servers.

ok

the server juste have a static IP Adresse and net sub mask

No Gateway Configure 0.0.0.0

Because i dont want the server on the net

If the server did not gateway, the router does not know he is.

Any request from the server to the router then there is not. (Logic)

Thank you this is a good diagnosis.

Tomorrow I go to the restaurant to change the server configuration.

I give you some news.

Exuse again for me english (Google translate)

Problem solved

Conclusion: No Gateway = No PPTP

Thank you for your help. very appreciated
