In troubleshooting an IPSec connection issue I narrowd it down to a <bug> in the Timezone setting for GMT-8 Pacific Standard Time.
When I have the timezone set for GMT-8 Pacific Standard Time and the NTP server set to the same as my ASA, the time is off Exactly 8 Hours.
I set it to GMT -12 Marshall Islands, its off 4 hours, which is Correct. I set it to GMT-10, its off 2 hours, Correct. Back to GMT-8 Pacific Standard Time. and its off 8 hours. I then set it to GMT-8 Pitcairn Island Time and it is Correct.
There seems to be something wrong with GMT-8 Pacific Standard Time??
I'm running Software Version: 1.0.3.5. This happens on two units that I have.
Thanks,
Scott
