RV320 access issue when wan is connected

Hi everybody,

I've a strange problem.

I cannot reach the system config page if I connect a cable in wan 1 or dmz/internet port on cisco.

And also I've many problems to activate the dual wan configuration, the cisco accept only cable in dmz/internet port, if I use the wan1 port I cannot get the connection working.

The dhcp works well, and the three connections has different range of ip.

I reset the router many times but always I've problems.

Anyone can suggest me a workaround?

The firmware is the latest (version 1.4.2.22).

Thank you

Luca

Hi, Are you able to ping those interface IPs when you are unable to access the config page? Whether WAN 1 port status shows up when ISP cable connected on that?

Hi, thank you for your response. yes I can ping and get response from RV320 but web page doesn't load. During this, dhcp server works well and clients gets ip correctly. Only if isp cable is on DMZ/Internet port.

No, if I connect isp cable to wan 1 port I get no connection and port led is off.

Hi,

Thank you for your reply. As you mentioned that WAN1 port is not coming up upon connecting the ISP cable, it seems there is some compatibility issue. Whether the port status is down once you connect the ISP cable to DMZ port as well?

Need to check the http / https port status via the LAN ports once you try to access the router, whether those ports are open.

You may contact us following the below mentioned link and open a service request to troubleshoot on that issue…
