RV320 disable TCP timestamp

I have a number of RV320s with public IP addresses on the WAN.  In doing vulnerability scans on the WAN interfaces, some of them show that there are TCP timestamp responses (and some don't).  

If possible, I'd like to disable the TCP timestamps.

How?
