Here you go, I've configured on v1.4.2.17. If your FW is lower, router may be back to default.

Do you have configurations with more than three DHCP IP servers?
Would you be able to replicate my situation on one of your test devices?
So, the configuration to be replicated is as follows:
VLAN 1 DHCP 192.168.255.250
VLAN 2 DHCP 192.168.2.250
VLAN 20 DHCP 192.168.20.250
VLAN 200 DHCP 192.168.200.250
