Here in Brazil we have a VIVO Fiber provider that when connected in PPPoE Wan1 mode accuses: Connected (Inactive) and does not work properly.
What can I do to fix this?
Thank you attention!

I found the solution myself!

  1. Disable the “Network service detection” feature

System Management > Dual WAN in the navigation tree.

Configure Interface Settings, select the WAN Interface and click Edit

            Unchek the Network Service Detection

            Then just hit apply.

This is a direct connection with ISP. If you are sure that you user and password is ok, then, you need to get them on the phone.

Is connected with public ip distributed! It just doesn't work as if the connection was not active.
