RV340 inter-vlan routing is not working

Hi,

I need some assistance on the RV340 vlan configuration, I created 3 Vlans included vlan1, I was expecting they can communicated after enable inter-vlan routing.  However I am unable get device in Vlan1 ping/connect to any other 2 , End device in other 2 vlans can ping/connect at the first 1-2mins and then the ping drops.  Restart the end device network adapter can enable the ping for another 1-2mins.

Any thoughts?

Here is VLANs to Port Table, 3 vlan are setup up as access mode on Lan1, land3 and land4

Can you share the VLAN Interface IP address settings?
Please confirm if you use 1.0.03.15 firmware.

Replied to the wrong post, it's not the latest image but 1.0.0.1.16. I am having issue with the latest image which i can't even create vlan for it.  attached the vlan ip setting.
