I was in the middle of setting up AD Authentication for PPTP VPN on an RV340, went to login today and now I get invalid username/password. Could this be related to me not being able to login?

Hello Dailen,
If you only configured/changed the settings for PPTP and didn't touch the Web Login- it shouldn't be related. The Web Login is Enabled by default for the Admin User Group - can you re-call if you touched it? Did you do other changes?
The below GUI emulator of the RV340 might be helpful if you cannot remember where/what exactly you changed:
