RV340 Upgrade to 1.0.03.26 Doesn't Work

I tried upgrading my RV340 from 1.0.03.21 to 1.0.03.26 and all seemed to go well, except that after the reboot, the router simply doesn't work... it doesn't pass any traffic in or out.  I rolled back to .21 and all was fine again.  Is there a prerequisite firmware version, perhaps .24, that one needs to be on before upgrading to .26?  There's no mention of this in the release notes.

 - Check logs after attempted upgrade-reboot , look for indicators as to why the device may not be functional

I suggest to contact SMB TAC, since the upgrade was failed.

In searching this forum, it would appear that this bug surfaced in the 1.0.03.24 release.  The only known solution that others have found that consistently works is to roll back to an earlier release.
