I have a Cisco RV340 router at a business location. I currently have PPTP server running. "client to site" for a couple remote workers (Windows built-in client). I have a new user who I cannot get his PPTP VPN working from his Windows 10 laptop. I have connected with his user/pass from a different windows 10 test machine from my location and the account is OK. He has a cable company managed router and also uses a 3G hotspot while on the road. I suspect PPTP pass thru isn't enabled and don't have access to check or configure.
Some research has indicated SSL might pass through easier. What would be the best way to go about this?
