Unit was working fine before. Tried to access recently and it stopped after taking login credential - correct or not, just no response. Did a factory reset, problem did not go away. Now I have no web UI to change the setting.

what firmware version, have you upgraded recently, some community users posted the same issue, worth contacting cisco SMB TAC.

Thank you. I think it's 1.0.03.21 as I tried to keep same version as the other one I have for my family in another location. I have not upgraded it for quite a while. Not sure why this happened all of a sudden. I did see someone saying web GUI not available after an power interruption.
