Hi everyone,
This product let me got a very bad expienace with CISCO.
My current divice is a replacement while the first purchased device wirelesses singles totally down within 2 weeks out-of-box.
Now (actually not now, it may begins from 6 months ago), the 5G wireless signal without internet connection.
The details
- Firmware Version: 1.0.03.24
- PID VID: RV340W-E-K9 V01
- Reset and setup with basic settings (WAN x1, SSID x1)
- Reset and setup twice, same result
- LAN connection works (play live stream during testing)
- 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz enabled, 2.4 GHz OK and 5 GHz failure
- 5 GHz enabled only, 5 GHz failure
- 2.4 GHz enabled only, 2.4 GHz OK
- Failure case = the WiFi can be connected but unstable, and no internet
- WiFi test using Pixel 6, iPad Mini 6, MacBook Pro (all are work if connect to another devices)
I belive that this is not a cheaper low-end product, am I correct? But it is the worse CISCO product I experiance (I use 5 same grading product before).
Any suggestion or what can I do?
