Hello,
We are trying to add a static NAT with admin account but add button isn't not clickable. It seems like UI gui bug.
Any suggestion for the work around

Hi
How many total entries are already existing in the Static-NAT section?
I believe there is a limit to number of entries that is allowed....i think it is 30 or something....maybe less too, iam not able to recall now, but there is a limit, after which you cant add any more...

There are only 8 setup and if you delete you won't be able to add it back. I don't think it is a license limitation

Hi,
Seems like a browser issue. Please check once from any other system and browser (Firefox, Google Chrome,etc.). You may reboot the router once and verify.

Hi
There is a bug in the GUI for sure....and its happened becos one or more of the local/lan "vlanX-interface" (in the same private-address-space/range used in atleast one of the existing static-nat rules) has been deleted
Add back the delete vlan-interface under LAN/vlan...and then after apply (click apply twice just to be sure), check in the static-nat page...it should be active again

The work around is to use xml, edit configuration and re upload again. Obviously, we tried all the browsers and I can guarantee this is the software bug. It is a bit disappointing that it was a while and it wasn't fixed with new firmware yet

Hi
check this out, and confirm that its a bug or not
Step-1: configure existing vlan1...
Step-2: In Firewall/Static-Nat page, add a entry for static-nat as below(approximately):
Assuming that the wan-ipadrr subnet is 55.55.55.x/24 on wan1 and the ipaddr on wan1 is configured as 55.55.55.21/24 for example
--------------------
Private-Address-Start: 192.168.1.30
Public-Address: 55.55.55.30
Range: 5
Wan1
-------------
- apply and do a permanent save too
Step-3: Now configure another vlan2 for example with ipaddress as 192.168.2.1/24 on this RV router
- apply and do a permanent save too
Step-4: Now again in Firewall/Static-Nat page, add one more static nat rule as below:
-------------------
Private-Address-Start: 192.168.2.52
Public-Address: 55.55.55.52
Range: 5
Wan1
-------------
- apply and do a permanent save too
Step-5: And now (maybe after doing a check if required that both the static nat rules or just the first one in the vlan1 subnet is working as expected), go to LAN/vlan page, AND delete vlan2 interface and do a Apply, and also a save too
Step-6: And then next, go to Firewall/Static-Nat page and you will observe that the page is grayed-out and now you cannot either add any new rule and nor can you edit any existing rules...(2 rules added earlier)
its a bug
the present workaround be is to once again add/configure vlan2 interface in same 192.168.2.1/24 subnet....and apply/save
- only then the Static-nat page becomes active again for adding/editing/updating

ok. Just to understand, when you say "edit configuration" in the xml-config-file, what exactly have you "edited/changed" in the config file?...before "re-upload"?...just want to know about this method...
thanks in advance
regards
