I have been using my rv345 for a while and it has been pretty good and stable but after lots of testing with the QOS

something I'm very familiar with using in Openwrt and various firmwares, it seems the settings while limiting bandwidth as you would expect when active and maximum upload and download speeds are set for WAN the actual rules or type of qos used seems to have no measurable effect. Could someone please verify if QOS actually works for them on the cisco rv345 and if the QOS only works for uploads not downloads as the WAN policing settings seem to have no effect.
