We have a couple of RV345 and RV325 routers in around 40 locations (local IPs 192.168.1.1 - 192.168.40.1), each connected through site-to-site VPN to a RV345 router on our main HQ (IP 192.168.0.1).
I'm trying to configure them as a hub and spoke, so that each location would be able to communicate to each other. I've tried using static routes on HQ router, and also using /18 netmask on VPN connections to HQ, but all I managed to achieve was seeing HQ as next hop:

Does anyone have any idea how to accomplish this ?
