RV345 USB730L not recognized

Setting up RF345

USB730L connected to USB2

On "Mobile Network" page "connect" button greyed out

USB2 light sometimes amber, usually off

On system summary page USB2 status shows as "other"

Nothing in 3G/4G log

Same when connected to USB1 port but shows status "disconnected"   (connect button still not availble).

USB730L connects to cell network when connected to a laptop and functions correctly.  Set up to not require password or PIN.

USB730L is listed as supported for this router
