RV345 VPN router (no POE)

Hello,

So I purchased this router August 16th, 2021. There is a trial license on the unit good for 89 days. Today I attempted to purchase AnyConnect Client Licenses for this unit. I was told the unit was End of Life and that licenses are no longer available. I checked the Cisco site and indeed it was End of Life/End of Sale dated September 15th, 2021, a month after I bought it. It is also noted that there are no replacement devices available after the End of Life End of Sale. I have to say that is poor customer service. Really? You are going to dump your entire RV series users with almost zero notice? I had a similar experience with a 5000 series ASA that is End of Life End of Sale from a purchase from only two years ago. I have spent in the area of 30k on Cisco devices over the years. I know that's nothing compare to Large Scale Companies out there. So what is our solution if there is no replacement? Use the Partner Finder to locate the closest and that it a 3 hour drive from our location and how quick will that end of life? I am seriously consider other options at this point. The release date on this particular router was only four years ago. It replaced an RV325 (which was end of life just now as well) Looks like they just called it quits on the entire RV Series without a replacement available yet. Thanks Cisco
