Our QuickVPN client is now reporting "The remote gateway is not responding". I have updated the QuickVPN client, the RVS4000 firmware, restarted the ISP router and the RVS4000 and I've tested this on both Windows 7 and XP - all to no avail. Can someone please provide me some insight as to why the QuickVPN is no longer completing the connection to the RVS4000?
