RVS4000 VLAN2 client somehow receives ip address via VLAN1

Hello,

I have this old RVS4000 router set up at home with two VLANs and a WAP and for some reason, one Sengled smart lights hub connected to VLAN2 over WiFi manages to receive an IP from VLAN1 (the ĆŸĆ¦ hostname in the attached photos). Inter VLAN routing is disabled and I have no other routes specified. How does a client connected on VLAN2 get an IP from the VLAN1 DHCP? What am I missing?

                / VLAN1 - DMZed RaspberryPI

RVS4000

               \ VLAN2 - WAP - Sengled Hub

                                         - Home Network

PS (Yes, I know the RVS4000 router is now obsolete but I'm stuck with it for a while after my WiFi router died on me. I was using it as a gigabyte switch.)Screen Shot 2020-04-28 at 12.02.34 PM.pngScreen Shot 2020-04-29 at 11.44.36 AM.pngScreen Shot 2020-04-29 at 11.45.04 AM.pngScreen Shot 2020-04-29 at 11.48.07 AM.png

The ĆŸĆ¦ hostname that appears in the first photo with the 192.168.2.117 (VLAN1) is actually connected to the 192.168.5.0/24 subnet (VLAN2).
