Small Business Investment Program Question

I have a question about the Small Business Investment Program. I just purchased a Cisco Small Business Router and additional Small Business 8 Port Switch. Later down the road, we may need a 16 Port or larger, but we don't need to swap out any now. We're wondering what we need to do just to register in the program. Is this the link we need to register?

Where's the new link to thie investment protection program? I'm ready to upgrade to the RV180 from the RVS4000 and not sure where to look for the investment protection information.
