I have some questions about SMTP over NAT. I have a case where I´m using redundant Cisco 2911 routers and I want to configure NAT for outgoing traffic from DMZ to public.
These addresses are only from main router:
Interface G0/0 (public side) I have an address 10.192.a.252 mask 255.255.255.0
Interface G0/2 (DMZ side) I have an address 172.192.a.252 mask 255.255.255.0
I have an email-application inside the DMZ which tries to send some rapports a few times per day to clients SMTP server.
This application is located in the computer which have an ip address 172.192.a.8
Clients SMTP server is located on a public side with IP address 130.10.a.b.
My client gave me an ip address which is trusted for their SMTP server. This address is 157.45.a.125.
I´m wondering how this NAT rule should be written on my access-list that I can NAT ip address from 172.192.a.8 to 157.44.a.125? Of course using SMTP port 25.
