Hi,
Ive been trying to setup my RV340 Small Business Router, to send me email alerts for the router`s logs, however, regardless what SMTP server I configure, I cannot get the router to successfully test the connectivity to the email server, instead I get "smtp.whateverdomainIuse.com" failed!” as a response (I`ve tried 3 servers).
I have don’t some online researches and watched a couple of the Cisco tutorials, I followed step by step the results were the same (connectivity to the email server failed!).
Could this be a known problem with this Router or is it me ?
Please, I would really appreciate some support on this.

chcek email SMTP relay settings, it never worked for me, so i setup own mail relay to send email notifications :
