SRP500 Router with Huawei E398

is the SRP541W compatible with the Huawei E398 USB LTE Modem? If not, will it be compatible in the near future?

We don't have any immediate plans to integrate this modem (but would like to if we can).

Could you let me know which service provider you would plan to use this modem with please?

Im also requesting support for this modem Huawei 4G LTE Modem for use with Tele2.

4G Mobile broadband is expanding rapidly an become a standard modem offered for their different supscription.

Mobile broadband offers great flexibilty to both business and the consumer market  but requires a solution to maximum use and Internet sharing is one of them.

Plug the usbmodem  into the router and connect it to you network or wifi  is almost a must and today there is only one performer on the market offering this opportunity with the Dovado router ready for use with 4G.

The SRP541W is a great router and cisco would win many market shares by supporting this modem at this state, many competitors are doing development for support 4G.

Since Huwaei e398 is widly used in scandinavia and Europe it would be great if we could have support for this modem.

Or is there any other model which supports Huawei E398?

There are no other products that I am aware of that support this modem at this time.

We will continue to explore the possibility of adding support for this modem.
