SRP527W fixing DHCP address's and firewall source rules

In my quest to find a decent ADSL router for VoIP I found the SRP527W and so far it has been the best performer from a range of netgear, thomson and zyxel boxes.  I do however have two questions,

1) how to fix DHCP leases on LAN address's

2) how to specifiy source ip in firewall rule

Note:

I currently have 1 computer on the LAN interface, VLAN1

* 192.168.15.100

and

2 VoIP phones on the LAN interface, VLAN100

* 192.168.100.100

* 192.168.100.101

The three address's are assigned by DHCP server with lease times around 20 days.

I would like to fix the DHCP leases of the three devices, for example so some port forwarding rules can be made with confidance that the rules will not point to another device in the future.

from PVC0 -> 192.168.15.100 Port 3389 for remote desktop

from PVC0 -> 192.168.100.100 ex.port 5881 to int.port 80 for web-gui of voip phone

from PVC0 -> 192.168.100.101 ex.port 5882 to int.port 80 for web-gui of voip phone

ideally I would like the rules to act like this, limiting only myself from accessing these ports (from my remote site)

from interface PVC0 where source is ip 12.34.56.78 -> 192.168.15.100 Port 3389 for remote desktop

from interface PVC0 where source is ip 12.34.56.78 -> 192.168.100.100 ex.port 5881 to int.port 80 for web-gui of voip phone

from interface PVC0 where source is ip 12.34.56.78 -> 192.168.100.101 ex.port 5882 to int.port 80 for web-gui of voip phone

Hopefully that makes sense, I appreicate any help you can give,

Kind regards

Paul

Hi Paul,

Thanks for using the Cisco Support Community.

Regarding your two questions:

1. Yes - it is possible to configure DHCP static assignments.  Use the DHCP Server Rule configuration page and click the "Show DHCP Resevation" button to assign.

2. Unfortunately it is not possible to configure source address list rules for the SRP520.  (This is possible on the SRP540 for others reading).

Regards,

Andy
