SRP547W has become noisy

How do I contact support (web site is terrible trying to do this) to find out what can be done about the noisy fan?

I tried to create a new discussion a short while ago but cannot see it anywhere.

(Not impressed with the web site or forum site regarding ease of use compared to what I am used to).

To reach support for the SRP500, go to www.cisco.com/go/support.  From there, select the Contacts/Support Cases tab to

raise a case, or follow the link for Small Business Products to call for help.  (Use this link to reach the contacts page directly)
