Im having trouble using juniper pulse vpn client behind this router. The connection to the remote site seems to establish (although not able to ping remote client) then disconnects asking for username and password again.
I have tried this on my home broadband using the same computer and so has a colleague from his, and this works fine.
I beleive the SRP547 is somehow blocking an element of the connection.
vpn passthrough is enabled

Hello Jon,
You could try to port forward UDP 4500 and UDP 500 into the Juniper. Also note you are doing NAT-T this will have to be supported on the VPN software.

Hi, to be clear, I am trying to connect to a remote network via the pulse vpn client to a juniper device at the remote end ( a customer) from our office which has the SRP. I have no control over the juniper device.
I just have the client provided to me and a username and password.
This works from a home router without any problem, but behind the SRP, the connection drops therefore i can only assume it is the router that is causing it.
