Suitable All in one Router / Security Device for Small Business Using ADSL as Primary WAN with 4G LTE as Backup

I'm struggling to find a stand out product to achieve this, seems a lot of models that Cisco aimed at this arena have recently gone end-of-life.  I realise I could go down the 1900 ISR route and buy suitable HWICs but I'm not sure the budget will stretch to this, is there anything available to achieve this at a lower price point that you good people are aware of?

Cheaper alternative is 880 Series, but only 3G and no gigabit ports.
