body can suggest me to purchase a router which have 4 giba port &
support full bgp routing table update. We have 3 ISP provider (Upstream
ISP) which provide 25 MB Bandwith each to us on ethernet port.

Router that really supports 4 GE ports you should go to an ASR 1000 but it is much more expensive, Depending on what you need the interfaces for however you may be able to use an ISR router such as a 2800 with an etherswitch module which would give you the additional ports and also with 3825 series.
