Hello
I have gotten a question from a partner in regards to the throughput on both LAN and WAN on the SRP541W. I can't really find that on the datasheet. Can someone sheed some light on this?
Kind Regards,

Hi,
Sorry for the late response.
Maximum WAN to LAN throughtput for the SRP541W is 330Mbps.
This assumes large (1500B packets). NAT and Firewall are both enabled.
LAN to LAN traffic within a VLAN will be switched at line rate (i.e. 1Gbps).
Hope that helps,
Andy

Is there a link with that information? I need it for a Bid.

Hi andrew
Can provide the link or document where it says that throughput is 330 Mbps for WAN and LAN interfaces SRP541W
Thanks

Hi Juan,
We don't publish details of product performance, so there is no link that points to this information.
330Mbps is the maximum throughput tested for the SRP, based on the criteria stated above. While these criteria are somewhat optimal, they are often used by router manufacturers.
In practical use, you are likely to see lower throughput, as additional feature mixes and mixed packet sizes will drive down the total throughput - this is common for all products in this class.
As a general rule, you can expect in the order of 100Mbps throughput with a typical mix of Internet traffic.
Regards,
Andy
