There is a number of QuickVPN Setups etc listed here for the Small Business Routers: this requires you to have a Cisco Longon.

If your having QuickVPN issues, first place to look is the logfile,
C:\Program Files\Cisco Small Business\QuickVPN Client\Log.txt
then post the issue in a new discussion and get some help
