Troubles with ISR931-4P for small business

Hello, I have a 931-4P router.

I recently built a new PC, and I am trying to get it connected to the internet through the router.

I have the router connected to a modem and to the new computer.

I have the new computer plugged into port Gigabit Ethernet 2. 

I have the emulator program up, and it says no IP address for Gigabit Ethernet 2.

How do I fix this?

Also, I have not messed with any other controls or settings, after reading the guides online, what other commands or settings do I need to do to make this work.

This is my first time setting up a router like this, or any router in particular, so please excuse my inexperience.

The new computer recognizes the router, it says connected to Public Ethernet, No Internet Connection. I just need to know the bare minimum to get this computer up and running, as I can research more once it is fully connected to internet.
