Settings looks good to me I just would advise you to try some other ports recommended by Gmail
Puerto 465 (se requiere SSL).
Puerto 587 (se requiere TLS).
If this does not work I would advise you to open a case online or by calling 1866-606-1866 so we can check and find what exactly is going on possible recreate this in a lab environment to test it as well.
