Unable to do failover with dual isp in rv 340 router

I have a Cisco router RV 340 and have configured both the Wan port with ISP settings

one ISP is using PPOE connection with static ip address provided and other is a fiber connection which is kept on bridge mode on the isp router and provided a Static ip address to the second wan port

now once the wan 1  port goes down which is kept on fail over its not picking up the wan 2 internet

Verify the config once more time, fist test both ISP working as expected then do the failover :

both the ISP line is working fine but still when one ISP is down it does not switch to wan 2

how are you failing over or testing, post the config information to confirm what is wrong ?

how are you tracking link down  ? make sure each one track different IP address ?
