Unable to log into GUI on RV345

Able to get to the login page but when entering the username or password. The page won't give an error message after entering credentials if password was incorrect. Seems the button on the page don't work or certificate issue.

Troubleshooting done:

- Reset the router to factory settings.

- Use multiple browsers (Firefox, Edge, Chrome).

Using USB to flash firmware without using GUI (https://www.al3xclarke.co.uk/cisco-rv-series-gui-login-loop/) fixed the issue.
