Cool, considering you have two routers you can configure HSRP between them on the LAN side. Lastly, configure QoS tracking on the default routes on each router. QoS tracking automatically shutsdown the default route in a router if a condition is not in place e.g., cannot ping gateway to internet

Technically R1 and R2 have the mirrored configuration, the only difference is the IP

So you have a router now, and you plan to add another?  I.e. you're looking to purchase just one?

Or, you're planning to host both ISP links on the new router?

What's the bandwidth of the ISP link or links to be connected to the new router?

If you have an existing router, what model is it and its IOS version?

we have two isp with 2Mbps both we need to terminate both on single router we need internet failover between them.

so kindly suggest the new router support for internet failover with two isp

Oops, sorry for the delayed response.  Lost track of your response.

For 2 Mbps, almost any modern router will easily handle that, such as 800 series, but since you need two ISP links, an 800 might not be choice as you need two ISP interfaces if they are not Ethernet.  If your two ISP interfaces will be Ethernet, an 891 might be suitable choice.  If you need dual serial interfaces, a 1900 series might be suitable such as the 1905 (if its EHWIC will accept something like the HWIC-2T).
