I am having intermittent problems with wireless connectivity to this router.  It stops responding to requests completely but existing connections continue to function.  The hardwired connections also are functional but I cannot get to the admin console to see what is going on.  Anybody have any suggestions where to start troubleshooting?  The router is currently not being used to connect to the outside world.  When it was before this situation still existed.  I am using firmware version V2.0.1.3

To start I would download the latest firmware which is 2.0.2.1. After you perform the firmware upgrade you should reset

the router back to factory defaults. AFter this configure the router with your wireless settings and give it a

try again.  If you still have problems after this I would suggest that you give us a call at the Cisco Small

Business Support Center (1-866-606-1866) and let us open up a case for you on this issue.
