Hi anybody are using 02 DS3 connection in the same 3845 ? . Or anybody knows any problem with 02 x DS3 in the 3845 ?

Should be fine, it's a supported configuration.
At the same time unlesl you plan no growth, the next platform being the 7200 (NPE400 and up) should be considered.
